• Order details: shipping address, items ordered, sizes, player names and numbers.
• Customization uploads: club crests and logo artwork you upload for printing.
• Payment metadata: payment status and payment references from our payment processor. We never see or store your full card number.
• Technical data: IP address and basic request logs used for security, fraud prevention and rate limiting.

• To produce, ship and support the orders you place.
• To send order confirmations, receipts and shipping updates.
• To answer inquiries submitted through our service pages.
• To detect abuse, secure our systems and maintain audit records of administrative changes.
• To meet accounting and tax obligations.

We share only what is necessary with the service providers who make the store work:

Order and invoice records are kept for as long as required by accounting law. Customization artwork is retained while your order is in production and for a reasonable reorder window afterwards. You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and you can ask us to stop sending marketing messages at any time. Email inquiry@shopcustoms.store with your request and the email address used on your order. We respond within 30 days.

Access to customer records is restricted to authenticated staff accounts, database access rules scope each customer to their own records, marketplace callbacks are signature-verified with replay protection, and administrative actions are written to an audit log.

Our store is intended for adults purchasing on behalf of themselves, a club or a minor. Product imagery featuring a child model is published with parental consent. We do not knowingly create accounts for children.
