Shipping & delivery

• Stock accessories: dispatched within 1–2 business days.
• Bespoke kit: approximately 14 days from artwork approval.
• Team and federation runs: quoted individually, typically 3–5 weeks.

Live carrier rates are calculated at checkout based on your destination and parcel weight. Express and economy services are offered where the carrier supports them. We ship to 60+ countries.

As soon as a carrier scans your parcel we email the tracking number and update your order page. Every order also has a shareable tracking link so a club manager can follow delivery without an account.

Prices exclude import duties and taxes. These are charged by your country's customs authority and are payable by the recipient. Delays caused by customs inspection are outside our control.

If tracking has not moved for 7 days, or a parcel is marked delivered but not received, contact inquiry@shopcustoms.store or +92 317 043 1213 and we will open a carrier investigation on your behalf.

Please double-check your shipping address before paying. Once a parcel has been dispatched, address changes depend entirely on the carrier and may incur a redirection fee.
