A product listing is an invitation to order, not an offer. Your order is accepted once payment is confirmed and we send an order confirmation. We may decline an order where an item is unavailable, the price was listed in error, or the artwork supplied infringes third-party rights.

• Names, numbers, colours and crests are produced exactly as entered at checkout. Please check spelling carefully.
• You confirm you own or are licensed to use any logo or crest you upload.
• Because personalised kit cannot be resold, it is excluded from change-of-mind returns. See our refund policy.
• Colour reproduction may vary slightly between screens, fabrics and production batches.

Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout and exclude duties and import taxes, which are the recipient's responsibility. Payment is taken securely by our payment processor at checkout.

Standard bespoke production runs approximately 14 days from artwork approval, plus shipping. Bulk and federation orders are quoted individually. Lead times are estimates, not guarantees.

Orders may be cancelled by the customer within the cancellation window shown on the order page, provided production has not started. After that point cancellation is at our discretion and may incur costs already committed to materials and printing.

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity carried out under your account. Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.

You may not scrape, probe, overload or attempt to gain unauthorised access to this store or its APIs. Automated access is rate limited and abuse may result in suspension.

All site content, photography, product designs and branding remain the property of DGS Sportswear. Artwork you upload remains yours; you grant us the licence needed to manufacture your order.

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including missed fixtures or events.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan.
